We are representing an established construction management company who has several government contracts with an upcoming elevator repair project in Boston. You would not be required to be on-site daily and would only need to travel to the site on a semi-weekly basis.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience managing elevator construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred
- Proven experience in Project Management within the government construction sector
- Experience in elevator modernization or renovation projects required
- Top-Secret Security Clearance and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
- Provide project management for elevator modernization projects across the East Coast, focusing on government customers
- Manage various subcontractors (elevator, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, and roofing) to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings, and timelines, while also supervising staff and consultants
- Coordinate and lead meetings to maintain stakeholder engagement, obtain necessary approvals, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals within budget and schedule
- Travel required

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunities.
