We are seeking an Engineering Documentation Specialist to join our team in Brooksville, FL! We specialize in customized high reliability and precision brushless DC motors, motor controllers, components, and gearboxes for clients in the military, medical, automotive, and marine sectors. As the Engineering Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for mapping and documentation of engineering processes, as well as the supervision of proper documentation procedures within the engineering department.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Documentation Specialist opportunity:

- Familiarity with ISO Design and Development requirements
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Engineering background preferred
- Coordinate and oversee the design and development process, ensuring smooth workflow
- Document engineering processes, both existing and newly created, to meet ISO standards (e.g., ISO 13485)
- Manage and create various design and development documents, including specifications, risk assessments, change control, and more
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including revision control, and prepare for audits
- Support the Engineering team with data input, cross-functional communication, training, and reporting progress to management

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
