Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager opportunity include:

- Must have commercial construction experience
- Knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus
- Will be working on custom shades projects for schools, hospitals, office buildings, and other commercial facilities
- Attend project meetings and review relevant project information
- Prepare and submit shop drawings and submittals
- Conduct site walks for plan and specification verification
- Create project documentation using approved submittals
- Generate precise change orders, considering all relevant factors

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
