Qualifications and responsibilities for this Job Captain opportunity include:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited University
- 3+ years of architectural experience
- Ability to plan, develop, and execute medium-to-large scope projects
- Ability to oversee a small production team
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Revit
- Participate and coordinate in all project phases, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements and client expectations
- Manage the construction document phase and prepare bid documents as directed by the Project Manager
- Complete site plans, monitor project schedules and budgets, and review architectural, landscape, and engineering drawings for accuracy and completeness

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
