We are currently working with a commercial general contractor who specializes in the ground up construction of restaurants who is looking to add to their team for several upcoming projects in Washington, California, and Oregon. Although heavy travel will be involved, this firm is family-oriented and willing to work around your schedule.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Superintendent opportunity:

- 5+ years of ground up construction experience related to restaurants
- Strong understanding of the site development components of projects
- Background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) specifically is a huge plus
- Willingness to travel along the West Coast, consisting of but not limited to California, Washington, and Oregon
- Skilled at overseeing and managing multiple construction projects concurrently

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
