Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity include:

- Degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of experience in production and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practice and in management
- Experience with projects related to manufacturing and industrial processes
- Registered Architect in Texas, or currently pursuing licensure
- Planning, coordinating, and administering a major project or multiple medium-size projects through all phases of development
- Utilize collaboration software tools like Bluebeam and BIM360 for project management
- Review project financials, negotiate contracts and fees, and set budgets while providing guidance to staff
- Ensure design quality, compliance with standards, and resolve issues in project documents, overseeing construction phases, and handling specifications

Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
