Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Superintendent opportunity:

- 10+ years of full on-site responsibility encompassing civil, dirt, drainage, through full build to turnover
- Proven experience in commercial construction on a variety of different project types
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is preferred

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
