Intentsify is looking for a skilled Tech Lead to spearhead the growth and evolution of our Infrastructure team. You will work closely with leadership, leading a team of 2-3 engineers. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our infrastructure systems, with a focus on build and deployment, alerting, monitoring, logging, and backups. This role requires a strong background in the AWS ecosystem, and Python.
 
Responsibilities

• Lead the Infrastructure team in the design, development, and deployment of critical infrastructure services.
• Mentor and guide the team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Drive the design and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment processes to ensure rapid and consistent roll-outs.
• Architect and design scalable, reliable, and maintainable infrastructure solutions using AWS, Snowflake, and Python.
• Ensure best practices are adopted in designing cloud infrastructure for optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
• Implement effective monitoring and alerting strategies to detect and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure comprehensive availability of log files across services and infrastructure.
• Design and maintain robust backup strategies.
• Plan and test disaster recovery procedures to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.
• Continuously monitor system health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and optimize the overall system performance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure that all infrastructure activities comply with relevant industry and company standards.

 
Requirements
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience in a lead or senior technical role.
• Solid hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Expertise in Python and scripting for infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code.
• Strong knowledge of best practices related to security, performance, and disaster recovery.
