Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Construction Project Manager opportunity:

- 2+ years of residential construction management experience
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and plans
- Familiarity with reading blueprints
- Understanding of Google software (gmail, sheets, docs, share drive, etc.), iPhone and iPad
- Comfortable speaking with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, the city building department, and interested potential clients
- Knowledge of building sciences and building materials
- Review construction plans and documents for accuracy
- Collaborate with Production Manager for weekly project status updates
- Coordinate with stakeholders, manage projects, and oversee construction crew schedules and supplies

Salary: $72,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
