Qualifications and responsibilities for this Jr. Residential Architect opportunity:

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- 5+ years of architectural experience in single family high end residential wood frame construction
- Good understanding of materials and methods related to residential construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2022, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop
- Experience with zoning, design, and construction documents
- Deep understanding of structural elements, i.e., statics and strength of materials including the implementation of the structural components into the fabric of the design

Salary: $60,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
