Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity:
- Must have previous experience as a Superintendent for restaurant, hospitality, medical/dental offices, or childcare facility projects
- Responsible for the onsite supervision of crews
- Manage labor, materials, and schedules
- Work with subcontractors
- Produce daily progress reports
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
