Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Designer opportunity include:

- 1 - 3 years of experience as a plumbing designer
- Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Florida Building Code, NFPA, etc.
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills
- Knowledge of BIM360 preferred
- ASPE Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) is preferred
- Create plumbing plans encompassing various systems, including sanitary waste, domestic water, fire protection, and medical gas, using AutoCAD and Revit
- Foster client relationships, conduct site surveys, and handle construction administration duties to ensure project success

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
