Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Professional Architect (RA) license is required
- 5 - 7 years of experience in architectural design and project leadership
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus
- Previous experience leading architectural teams is highly desirable
- Lead end-to-end architectural projects, ensuring design quality and meeting project goals and timelines
- Mentor and supervise a team of architects, fostering their growth and reviewing their work
- Oversee the development of architectural concepts, plans, and drawings aligned with client expectations and sustainability goals

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
