Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial projects
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Familiarity with Buildertrend software preferred
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades, fostering strong working relationships to achieve project goals
- Develop and manage project schedules, allocating resources efficiently to meet deadlines
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, tracking manhours and making adjustments as needed
- Maintain strict quality standards and adherence to safety regulations

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
