Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Construction Materials opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience in construction materials testing including soil/concrete and asphalt field and laboratory testing experience
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial position performing tests on concrete and concrete materials
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Familiarity with Mass State Building Codes
- OSHA 10 Certification required
- Must be able to interpret the results of tests on concrete and concrete aggregates
- Manage construction material labs, overseeing lab technicians, conducting ASTM standard tests on concrete, and signing test reports
- Support business development by assisting in job procurement, completing project proposals, and maintaining the company's reputation

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
