Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Bookkeeper opportunity include:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis
- Experience with budgeting and account analysis
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel. Experience with True Const is a plus
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll accurately and assist with budgeting and expense monitoring
- Handle progress billing for vendor payments based on project milestones
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
