Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity include:

- 7+ years of experience as an Architectural Project Manager
- Experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Projects include luxury residential homes, workforce housing, gas stations, pharmaceutical factories and others
- Will be responsible for performing QA/QC work and redlining drawings before they are stamped

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers 3 weeks PTO and paid holidays.
