Legend Brands is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to help lead us in meeting our growth goals for our fast-paced Burlington, WA manufacturing facility.
Plan and direct all aspects of Manufacturing Engineering activities within our organization. The Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor is responsible for leading the transition from new product development to manufacturing; providing daily manufacturing support for existing products, and leading the implementation of design changes and quality improvements. This position works closely with all functional groups to develop robust, cost-effective manufacturing and assembly processes and related documentation for use throughout the manufacturing facility. The goal of this position is to drive continuous improvement and best practices by applying lean methods to eliminate waste in the value stream.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent management skills.
- Applicable manufacturing engineering background and expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to drive change.
- Organize and manage multiple priorities.
Education and Experience:
- Manufacturing Engineering/Technology degree.
- 3-5 years of applicable work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office products and ERP/MRP systems required (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio). D365 or SAP experience preferred.
