Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Inspector opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred
- 5+ years of structural inspection experience; concrete restoration experience is a big plus
- EIT is preferred
- Knowledge of the Florida Building Code and pertinent design codes
- Knowledge of building fundamentals and design codes and standards such as FBC, ASCE, AISC and ACI
- Conduct special inspections on restoration and new construction projects, including swing stages and scaffolding, with a willingness to undergo training as necessary
- Support the Construction Administration phase by reviewing shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and providing field observation assistance
- Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring timely project execution, and actively participate in internal and external meetings with clients and design team members

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
