Qualifications and responsibilities for this Environmental Scientist opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Chemistry, or related life sciences field
- 10+ years of experience in natural resources, including project management
- Advanced knowledge of environmental regulations
- Proficiency with ArcGIS, Trimble, GPS, and Pathfinder Office
- Will be working on coastal projects
- Provide support to clients in various service areas such as renewable generation, oil & gas, transportation, site development, and ecological restoration
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients and regulatory agency personnel while overseeing precise wetland delineations, biological surveys, NEPA documentation, permitting, and associated reporting
- Lead field investigations, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with GIS and design professionals to ensure accurate depiction of natural resources and minimize potential impacts on construction plans

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
