Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Field Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience managing and/or supporting construction crews and/or subcontractors for commercial or telecom projects
- Knowledgeable of the codes and construction and safety standards
- Understanding of ERP systems and Excel
- Must be willing to travel out of state whenever required for projects (Midwest Region such as: IL, OH, IN, MI)
- Participate in daily field activities, including partial labor work, and assist with site and field walks
- Collaborate with Foremen, Technicians, Subcontractors, and clients to ensure job progress and coordination
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, material procurement, inspections, safety, and project meetings

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
