Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 3 - 5 years of commercial architectural design experience; education experience is a plus
- Must have construction administration experience
- Proficiency with Revit required
- Coordinate design efforts across all project phases, from planning to construction administration
- Develop presentation strategies, utilizing hand sketching, 3D renderings, and verbal communication
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and design team members, responding to multiple project needs

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
