Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 5+ years of structural engineering experience with 1+ years in a management position
- Previous experience with fall protection systems equipment, façade maintenance, ANSI Z359, OSHA 1910.140, industrial safety, IWCA or similar is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD 2014 or newer, RISA, ENERCALC, VisualAnalysis, STAAD, or similar structural modeling software
- CSP or ASP credential is preferred
- Manage and delegate tasks to engineering and technical staff, overseeing their work
- Lead teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes
- Manage project logistics, resource allocation, budgets, and ensure compliance while fostering innovation and relationships with stakeholders

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
