We are seeking a Construction Estimator with experience within the waterproofing and sealant industry to join our family-owned and operated waterproofing construction company with a legacy spanning three decades. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator opportunity include:

- Must have Estimating experience within the waterproofing and sealant industry
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Sage 100 Contractor
- Prepare material takeoffs and track the project budget
- Work closely with Project Managers to monitor schedule, progress, and any issues in the field that may impact the overall project budget
- Projects include joint sealant, air barriers, and waterproofing

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.
