Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Technician 3 to serve as a Documentation Technician in Seattle, WA. The top candidate will assist the Submittals Coordinator in maintaining incoming and outgoing contract correspondence and submittals in Unifier. This position is responsible for routing and tracking correspondence to the appropriate person or specialty group to ensure timely responses. The incumbent will process payments, maintain electronic/paper contract files, and assist the Office Engineer with closing out contracts. This position is vital in documentation administration.
