Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor opportunity include:

- 3+ years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor
- California PLS License is required
- Proficient in Civil3D, AutoCAD, and surveying software
- Familiar with all aspects of boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Survey Titles, construction staking, and as-built survey techniques
- Lead complex surveying tasks, including map preparation, boundary analysis, and resolution of boundary issues
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring schedule, quality, and budget adherence
- Prepare, supervise, and process subdivision maps, records of survey, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, lot line adjustments, legal descriptions and exhibits, and other related matters

Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
