Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Professional Engineer (PE) in California required
- Proficient in preparing civil plans for public improvement and private land development projects, including Hydrology/Hydraulic Reports, Water Quality Management Plans (WQMP), and Drainage Studies/SWPPP
- QSP/QSD Certification is a plus
- Capable of coordinating projects with design teams and ensuring compliance with engineering and design standards

Salary: $105,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
