Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Manager opportunity include:

- Must have a strong background in metal machining with automated machinery
- Proficiency with CAD software to produce production-ready tooling, fixture, and gauge drawings
- Demonstrated ability to design and procure tooling
- Support the manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective production of precision parts and components
- Oversee machinery repairs, tool selection, setup reduction, and unattended machining
- Implement machine modifications, programming PLCs, adapting robots to production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and estimating cycle times for new production processes

Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
