Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Structural Engineering Design, specifically building structures (preferably threshold building design)
- 1 - 2 years of Building Restoration and/or Forensics Engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Experience with Phase 1 and Phase 2 Milestone Inspections
- Strong knowledge of building fundamentals and design codes and standards such as FBC, ASCE, AISC and ACI
- Familiarity with structural programs such as RISA, RAM, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE and/or REVIT
- Strong knowledge of Masterformat Specification writing
- Required to be the go-to on all Structural Engineering and Building Restoration projects
- Lead PE for the office

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
