Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Knowledge of Commercial / Multi-Family Residential construction, site development, concrete structures including Podium Decks
- Understanding of Architectural drawings
- Ensure project adherence to approved plans and company standards on-site
- Develop and communicate detailed project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors
- Foster relationships with inspection officials and swiftly resolve construction issues
- Maintain high-quality, safe job sites while minimizing cost-increasing surprises and completing punch-list tasks

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
