Qualifications and responsibilities for this GIS Specialist opportunities include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0 - 5 years in water resources or related work
- Some experience with GIS software, preferably ESRI-based applications, like ArcGIS
- Experience with spatial and 3D analysis, ArcHydro tools, and various programming languages (Python, VB, C++, Java, etc.) is preferred
- Generate high-quality GIS data for project needs, ensuring data accuracy and validation of sources
- Conduct spatial analyses to provide insights for water-related projects and collaborate with the engineering team
- Coordinate project tasks, attend meetings, foster relationships with stakeholders, and engage in field work when necessary

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
