Qualifications and responsibilities for this Certification Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent work experience), preferably in Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
- 3+ years of aircraft certification experience
- Working knowledge of 14 CFR part 21 and 23
- General knowledge of all phases of aircraft design, testing, approval, FAA certification, manufacturing, inspection and service
- 3+ years of experience in certifying electrical, structural, or mechanical systems and equipment, including expertise in EMI/EMC mitigation and environmental robustness related to DO-160 testing is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplined certification projects, along with familiarity with the TSO application and approval process is preferred
- Responsible for working as part of the certification team along with the fabrication and design team, suppliers, FAA, and EASA to research plan, and execute product certification programs

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
