Qualifications and responsibilities for this Test Engineer opportunity include:

- B.S. degree in an engineering from an ABET accredited program (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Physics desired)
- 5+ years of experience in the design, development, or operation of test systems
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Siemens
- Proficiency in project management, team leadership, and knowledge of relevant standards (MIL-STD-810, SMC-S-016, MIL-STD-1540), with experience in instrumentation, controls, data acquisition systems, and 3D CAD tools preferred
- Proficiency in LabView, Python, MATLAB, and systems engineering knowledge preferred
- Analyze system requirements and develops evaluation and test plans, conducts data collection and analysis, and reports findings
- Support the development of Government test and evaluation documentation, including strategy, master plan, event plans, readiness assessments, and reports
- Collaborate with other test organizations to integrate the T&E program and provide specialized T&E capabilities based on system functions, level, maturity, and performance area

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
