Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Superintendent opportunity include:

- Must have 5 or more years of experience working as a General Superintendent, General Foreman, or Service Manager in a similar industry.
- Will be responsible for overseeing the Fabrication, Installation and Administration teams, and delegate project tasks for completion accordingly.
- Duties include handling customer calls, strategizing with internal teams, and conducting field site visits for project walkdowns, closeouts, and to monitor activities during unusual or challenging circumstances.
- Requires strong technical expertise in the industrial fabrication industry, overhead cranes and similar equipment for lifting and hoisting applications, and effective communication with clients and end-users of all levels.
- Will work hand-in-hand with Sr Management team to complete proposals, contracts, and project documents for assigned projects.
- Should be proficient with MS Office software, and Smartsheets or similar program, like Excel.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
