Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) I-405/SR 167 Program is currently seeking a Utilities Assistant Project Engineer in Bellevue, WA. The primary purpose of this position is long term establishment and implementation of policies that ensure the most efficient management of placement and movement of utilities on highway right of way. The top candidate will assist the Program to deliver utility elements of projects to meet local, State, and Federal standards within scope, schedule, budget and safely, with the least number of impacts to the traveling public, as necessary.
