Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Must be able to read and interpret construction plans and documents
- Accurately estimate costs to ensure company profitability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Estimate material and labor for various Commercial, Industrial & Government projects
- Prepare scope of work, cost estimate and budget, schedule and milestones

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
