Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of construction project management and estimating experience, with a background in steel, concrete, and carpentry
- Skilled in construction management software
- Expertise in preparing and executing bids and estimates for various project types and sizes, including scope definition, subcontractor negotiations, and cost analysis
- Skilled in reading blueprints, performing takeoffs, and creating accurate project estimates
- Work closely with design professionals to define project scope, analyze costs, identify value engineering opportunities, and assess project budgets
- Establish effective communication with vendors to obtain market prices and lead times for materials, facilitating timely project planning
- Oversee all project-related tasks, including accounting, scheduling, subcontract management, quality control, safety, and coordination with field managers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
