They are immediately ready to hire a Construction Project Manager who can oversee and run multiple projects at a time, with the ability to interpret blueprints and work directly with other trades. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- Experience running multiple projects
- Background in residential ADUs/remodels/renovations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors and in-house personnel
- Ability to call and schedule inspections
- Can obtain Certification of Occupancy
- Managing projects from A-Z
- Buildertrend experience is a plus

Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
