We are immediately seeking an Interior Architect to join an established commercial real estate development firm in Bloomfield Hills, MI. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Architect with experience in commercial interiors. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Interior Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design
- 5+ years of architectural experience in commercial interiors
- Must be a Registered Architect or Registered Interior Designer
- Experience in space planning and interior design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp experience is a plus
- Familiar with local building codes
- Create and manage design documents, illustrations, and finishes selection for interior build outs, and collaborate with clients
- Maintain property plans and develop preliminary conceptual site and building plans

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
