We are looking for a licensed engineer, or an EIT, to assist with MEP design development and drawings for a variety of architectural projects including major/minor alterations, new buildings, & legalizations. The positon has the potential of partnership for the right person. The applicant must meet the following criterias:

• 7+ years of experience within the tri-state area
• Efficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge and experience with NYC and NYS Building Code regulations.
• Ability to commute to our office in Great Neck, NY.
• Available to meet with clients & contractors at job sites. 
• Perform job site inspections, prepare reports, develop design drawings and manage multiple projects.

Our projects are primarily in the NYC and western Long Island areas.
