Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Operations opportunity include:

- 15+ years of manufacturing managerial experience with extensive knowledge of a production environment
- Thorough understanding of theories, practices, and policies involved in manufacturing, business, and finance
- Knowledge of business operations and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Masters degree in Business Administration is a plus
- Collaborate with executive staff to develop strategies, manage capital expenditures, and ensure operational efficiency
- Oversee compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards, optimize material costs, and enhance product quality
- Drive lean manufacturing practices and ensure the overall performance of manufacturing operations

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
