Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management
- Experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in Texas
- Familiarity with construction software and tools
- Lead construction projects in Texas, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality completion
- Manage project lifecycle, coordinating with professionals, monitoring budgets, and maintaining standards
- Handle contracts, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
