Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plant Engineering and Maintenance Leader opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred. Significant professional experience will also be considered
- 10+ of experience in manufacturing or other related industry in operations or continuous improvement roles
- Experience in leading project teams and departments successfully, preferably in the consumer-packaged good industry
- Strong understanding of change management
- Knowledge and practical application of Planned Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Education & Training systems, and tools as well as Daily Management System
- Develop and implement Planned Maintenance Capability across the organization, driving zero losses and incident-free workplace culture
- Drive productivity and cost optimization by reducing Machine and M&R losses, tracking Planned Maintenance Pillar impact on savings, and ensuring compliance with EHS objectives
- Build workforce competences, promote continuous improvement culture, and optimize utility consumption for energy cost savings

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
