Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 10+ years of residential construction experience, with 2+ years as a Project Manager
- Oversee and manage multiple construction sites at various locations concurrently
- Adherence to construction budget
- Strong construction knowledge to ensure quality and completion of each trade's work
- Carpentry skills for hands-on tasks during supervision if needed
- Competency in generating material take-off lists

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
