Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Superintendent opportunity include:

- 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Extensive knowledge of structural steel erection construction operations and processes required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Mail, Dropbox and Smartsheet
- OSHA 30 certifications required
- Proficient in all phases of industrial steel erection/detail
- NCCER certification is preferred
- Oversee entire construction projects, from planning to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality and safety standards
- Possess expertise in structural steel and steel erection, with a focus on preplanning and executing structural steel installation
- Manage external communications, negotiate with vendors, and handle administrative tasks such as material inventory, procurement, reporting, inspections, and safety regulation implementation

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.
