Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- Must have 4+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Skilled in MS Excel and Procore
- Subcontractor/vendor relationships
- Responsible for bringing in new business, bids and bid wins, material take-offs, and keeping projects under budget and on schedule
- Projects include multi-family, offices, warehouses, and storage facilities

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonuses!
