PROJECT MANGERTo generate profitable revenue to the organization through efficient delivery of projects to customers.
- prepare project forecast for execution, billing and collection.
- Conduct meetings with customers, engineers & other functional leaders for ensuring efficient execution of projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of material and labour at site.
- Ensure execution, billing and collection as per project forecast.
- Support the purchase manager for effective vendor management.
- Prepare and submit job closure reports.
- Ensuring consistent upgrading of skills of projects team.
- Approve and submit expenses of project team.
- Ensure submission of quality reports by Project Engineers.
- Approve site level requisitions of material, labour and other expenses.
- Reuse / return to godown excess material of sites within 7 days of receiving reports from project engineer.(Penal debit applicable)
- Ensure submission of certified vendor invoices to accounts within 15 days from delivery of materials at site. (Penal debit applicable).
- Ensure customer acceptance of site hand over documents submitted by Project Engineers.
