Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Engineer 3 in Seattle, WA. Under general direction the SR520 Construction Environmental Compliance Manager supervises a variety of State Quality Verification inspection and project oversite duties within the Quality Organization of the WSDOT SR 520 Corridor Design-Build Office for compliance with environmental contract requirements. This position exists to ensure the Design-Builder implements a strong Quality Management program so that construction work meets or exceeds Contract requirements. This position acts as WSDOT’s representative in relations with the Design-Builders Quality Control and Quality Assurance Staff.
