Qualifications and responsibilities for this Registered Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- 10+ years of architectural experience
- Must be a Licensed Architect in California
- Extensive experience in wood-frame multifamily residential projects, including code compliance, overseeing production documents, construction detailing, and construction administration
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills pertaining to the success of other staff members
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- A mission-driven mindset with a passion for environmentally and socially focused work

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunities.
