Qualifications and responsibilities for this Purchasing Agent opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in residential construction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Knowledge of Buildertrend is a plus
- Bid new plans and manage budgets
- Maintain estimates and adjustments in Buildertrend
- Support Purchasing Manager with contracts and upgrades
- Coordinate construction specifications and assist with various tasks

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
